Herbalife Diet: Update #14
My weight is still in the 40s range but it went up a little since last week. I’m not worried because after analyzing my figures, Coach noted that I had gained muscles and lost more fat, so the weight gain is a good thing. Phew!
I’m getting closer to my target now. Actually I’m already in my healthy weight zone but I want to lose a little bit more for some buffer space.
A lot of people get the mistaken idea that Herbalife is a weight loss program. Actually, it’s a health and nutrition program and the goal is to get people into their ideal healthy weight, not strictly losing weight per se.
Anyways, I took a look in the mirror last night and noticed that I can see my spine. I can count each and every bone on my spinal cord if I hunch my back.
Slowly but surely, getting there.
