Bunga Telang
I found the Latin name for this very popular local blue flower which is also used as food dye from a friend’s blog.
Clitoria ternatea and I can understand why they call it that *wink wink*.
This is a creeper plant and my Grandmother used to have one in her back fence. Funny how I never saw the resemblance.

Woman, there was a HUGE bush of this right in front of my rented terrace house at 64. Old ladies used to loiter in front of my place to pick the purple flowers. One of them told me it’s used to make those purple Nyonya kuih. It’s definitely a creeper and went all around the grill in front of that place. Unkempt if you don’t manage it. Pest!
