Heavier Luggage And A Light Wallet
That’s basically what I came home with from KL.
Em and I spent a bomb in the space of 2 hours on clothes. We were giggling with glee over our loot and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases. I’m sure I won’t be feeling the same thing when I see my credit card bill at the end of the month.
I finally found the military fatigue pants I’ve been searching for and now that my tighs are more toned, I got myself a pair of hot pants to show em’ off.
Nichii was the death of me. There were so many selections there in terms of office wear and my favorite little black dress. Em and I went into the dressing room with our arms full of clothes to try but were stopped by the girl guarding the room. We were only allowed a maximum of 6 pieces of garments each to try so we had to leave the rest outside and come back to try them later.
Oh well, it was fun, all the same. Since my credit card can’t afford to let me have all the clothes that I had picked out, I settled for a blouse and a pair of pants for the office, both of the corporate kind. It’s been a while since I bought any kind of corporate clothes.
Now that I’m back, looks like I’ll need to reorganize my closet to fit in the new stuff. Boss has given us Monday off, so I’m looking forward to the long rest to recharge my batteries.
It was a fun trip, but hectic all the same.
