Confessions of a City Slicker

Here is something the5xMom made for Easter, roasted chicken with dijon mustard, red wine and bacon.

It fits my requirement of 5 ingredients and below and gives me the opportunity to use my extremely underutilized oven.

I don’t know what it tastes like because I have never had dijon mustard before.  Am I a bumpkin or what?

Gonna go hunt for the ingredients this weekend.  I’ll let my guinea pigs try it out first.  If they say "Pass", then I’ll make it for my friends, ya….
