Herbalife Diet - Update #8
OK, I’ve been goofing off my diet this last week, snacking in between when I shouldn’t. I’ve suddenly developed a craving for chicken flavored Twisties.
There are also the left over CNY cookies that Mom is asking to finish ASAP so that they don’t get mouldy. Then a cousin visiting from KL brought along some really delicious bak kua that took only 2 days to finish between Dad and I.
So it’s no wonder that all the numbers went up in my latest body scan.
That’s it then, this week, I must step up my effort to go to the gym more often. After all, just 1 Body Pump class managed to escalate my muscle mass. Adding a full week at the gym might just give my numbers the surge that they need.
