Herbalife Diet - Update #7
Looks like the extra effort at Body Pump last week paid off. Today’s scan showed that I have converted 9 gms of body fat into muscles. I Rock!
Since Day 1 I have lost 5 cm off my waist.
I need to burn an additional 52 cals per hour to reach the ideal metabolic rate, but the increase in muscles is helping in that. This shows that I must try to at least squeeze in 1 Body Pump to my schedule a week in order to continue building the muscle mass.
