Corned Beef

Had a major attack of the munchies last night so I went to prowl along the aisles of Tesco.  Happened to come across corned beef and remember a certain ean tow bah absolutely lurve the stuff.

Curious, I decided to give it a try.

First thing I noticed when I removed it from the can - it’s very brittle.  Can’t cut it into slices unlike luncheon meat as it breaks apart very easily.

Oh well, I decided to mash it up and spread on bread.  Not too sure if it will taste better if I buttered the bread first but fu-yoh!  See pek kiam loh!!!!!! >_<

Ean Tow Bah, don’t eat the stuff too much lah.  You’ll lose all your hair.  Then boh ean tow liao :p

Also noticed on the can that it has no significant amount of nutrients at all.  So in conclusion - it’s comfort food.

Lurve the aroma of Eau De Boeuf, though :D

So all my ching ai de peng you, lai tek see, chan thau man, aunties, uncles, kakaks, abangs, leng luis & leng chais, any suggestion on how best to eat corned beef?  Suggestions best not to include vegetables, please :p
